As President of Capital One’s Commercial Banking business, Mr. Slocum is responsible for leading multiple broad lines of business, including Commercial Real Estate, Middle Market Banking, Commercial & Specialty Finance, Capital Markets, Treasury Services, and Wealth and Asset Management. Mr. Slocum reports to Rich Fairbank, Capital One’s Chairman and CEO. Mr. Slocum is a member of Capital One’s Executive Committee and also serves as the company's Northeast Regional President.

Comprised of more than 2,200 associates, Capital One's Commercial Banking Group generates over $2 billion in annual revenue with more than $60 billion in loan commitments and over $30 billion in deposit balances. Mr. Slocum joined Capital One in 2007 after having spent almost two decades at Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) and predecessor banks. His experience spans both Commercial and Retail Banking.

Mr. Slocum is an active member of the community and is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Safe Horizon, the largest victims’ services agency in the United States. He also serves on the boards of Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. and New York City Investment Fund. In addition, Mr. Slocum is a member of the Board of Trustees for The Jewish Museum in New York City.

Mr. Slocum resides in New York City and is a graduate of Colgate University with a degree in Economics.

Philippa Girling is the head of the Commercial Business Risk Office, responsible for governance and reporting; risk and control self-assessment, control testing and monitoring; issue and event management; business continuity planning; third party management; Sarbanes-Oxley monitoring and attestation; audit and exam engagement management and remediation; and oversight and coordination of models subject to model risk governance.

Dean Graham is the head of Capital One Commercial and Specialty Finance. In this role, Mr. Graham is responsible for leading Capital One's national commercial lending businesses, including Equipment Leasing and Finance, Asset-Based Lending, Healthcare, Security, Lender Finance, and Specialty Cash Flow.

Konrad Schwarz is the head of Credit Administration, Strategy and Analysis. He is responsible for Portfolio Management, Underwriting and Loan Administration for the bank's Commercial Real Estate and Middle Market Banking businesses. He also is responsible for driving the development of business strategies, portfolio analytics, pricing, valuations, and data management for the Commercial Banking group.

Rob Stuart is the head of Middle-Market Banking, focused on providing full-service banking for in-footprint Commercial and Industrial (C&I) clients. Colleen Taylor is the head of Treasury Management, whereby she manages the sales, product development, implementation, and servicing of fee-based products supporting the Bank's Commercial Real Estate, Middle-Market, Small-Business, and Private Banking groups. She also leads Enterprise Payment Services, ensuring the development of coordinated payments strategies across the company and the continued execution of an effective payments governance and risk management framework.

Senior Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets

Steve Tulip is the head of Capital Markets. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing new product solutions and capabilities to deepen client relationships. He leads teams in the areas of Loan Syndications, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Public Finance. In addition, Mr. Tulip manages the Sales, Trading and Research platform which operates under Capital One Securities.

Robert Wojciechowicz is the head of Commercial Banking Operations. In this role, he is responsible for operations for Middle-Market Lending, Commercial Real Estate, Specialty Finance, and Treasury Management products and services, including Enterprise Payment activities for the Corporation.
